How do I track my order?

All products are sent with internationally valid tracking codes and you can check all movements directly on our website.


Our suppliers (industries that manufacture the products) ask for an average of 5 working days to send the tracking number.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for products is 2 to 5 weeks after the date of posting.

We send the tracking code within 7 working days of confirmation of payment to the e-mail address registered with the purchase.

Some products stay in Curitiba for a long time due to the Federal Revenue Service checking all packages entering Brazil and as they are overloaded sometimes this delays deliveries a lot. You have to wait for delivery but don't worry, your item will arrive.

We work with suppliers in Asia. If you place an order for more than one item, you may receive more than one tracking code and postage may take place on different dates.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • In cases where the Post Office makes 3 delivery attempts and the product is returned to sender, we are not responsible and do not refund.
  • In the event of an incorrect address, an incomplete address, an unknown recipient at the place of delivery, an unknown address, a recipient who has moved or a letter carrier who has not been answered, we cannot be held responsible or

  • In the event of loss or an object not being found in the postal stream, which will be identified and reported in your tracking code, ZenyBuy' will send you a gift card with the same value as the purchase. The purchase can then be repeated on our website.
  • It is the responsibility of recipients who are awaiting parcels from abroad to access the tracking system on the Post Office website and pay the postage by boleto or credit card in order to have the parcel delivered. The delivery period starts from the date of payment confirmation.
