If your tracking code doesn't work on the link above, it will certainly work on one of these:

If you still have problems tracking your order, send an e-mail to our support including your order code. It will be something like #101 and we need it to help you track your package.

This code is present in all e-mails sent by us (Attention: This is not the e-mail sent by Mercado Pago, but the e-mail sent by our store).

Once we have your order code (#1234), we will reply within 24 working hours.
